i just love FH

Today I finished my first year as a teacher... so FH is taking me out to dinner!!!

He really is the bestest!

i know THANKS SO MUCH!!! I cant believe I made i through!!

aww thats so nice!!!! fh and i are both teachers and finished today ...we celebrated by helping each other clean out our classrooms LOL have fun!!! and yeahhhhhhh no more schoool!!!!!!!

OMG cleaning it out was the worst. I brought most of my stuff home because of stories of people going into rooms and claiming thiings as theirs. So most big stuff i took home, i had to make room in my basement today arggg

hahaha yeah we lock everything up or take it home! well fh has a huge snake tank thing in his classroom that he needed to take home..little did he know that it doesnt quite fit in his jeep the way he had hoped....so he had one part of it in the front seat and i sat in the back of the jeep squished in the back with the other part...my foot fell asleep, a plant fell on me, and people were looking at me strange but we managed to get home...but now FH owes me icecream lol

Congratulations! I'm sure you hear this a lot, but it's important to hear over and over:

Your first year is definitely the hardest, and it really goes uphill from there. Next year, you'll be so much quicker at writing lesson plans, and so much instinctively better with classroom management, it should be a totally different experience for you. It was for me, in any case. Now, go and ENJOY YOUR SUMMER!!! You earned it.

I know you are right!! once i got myself organized, set up and into a routine things really got easier.. not less stressful but easier to manage! So i really hope next year is much better. the beg of hte year was HARD!

yes i am , actually doing CTT with a friend of mine. Im sad about losing my room but i did it as a favor because she wasd affraid of being put with someone who she wouldnt get a long with. The teacher she was with now didnt want to to it anymore. I am spec ed cert BUT i will be the gen ed.

My FH finished his 2 years teaching today, Im sooo proud of him and happy for him bec he was waiting for a long time for this, no more lesson plans for you teachers
