So i found a good looking recipe for black bean and corn quesdilas....so i made them tonight. After flipping the first one, and getting beans and corn ALL OVER.....i decided to make burritos. But, im just as stupid with making and flipping those....so i'm eatting a mass of corn, beans and tortilla right now....
I hate cooking mexican, now i need to clean the kitchen, plus get ready for work in an hour

At first they were supposed to be quesidillas...but i used 8in tortillas like it directed and half the filling came out in the pan when i fliped it! So then i made them into Burritos and rolled them up. What my best friend does is heat one side of the burrito and then flip it to heat the other. It worked out better....but i still made a mess. LOL.
And the filling was tasty!

oh m an you sound just like me!!!! I try to not make a mess but always do, and then the food I make never turns out the way I want it! I am sure they tasted delicious though!
