I JUST ORDERED ALL OF MY DRESSES AS WELL AS MY BM DRESSES AT ADRIANNES NOW I READ SOME REVIEWS MOSTLY NEGATIVE AND I AM GETTING NERVOUS HELP!!!!!!

I didnt lie about my wedding date and Ive read plenty of stories of them coming in late there is 4 months to go to the wedding what should i do? Has anyone had any positive experiences? I wish i researched before I paid for the dresses in full

just be really nice & keep tabs on them. My flowergirls got their dresses from them...and while i wasn't thrilled with the staff's attitudes(especially when the dresses were a little late), i just stayed calm, was SUPER nice, & kept on top of them...after a little while their attitudes swayed & they reassured me that everything was fine & it was. the dresses were beautiful i wouldn't worry yet...just be nice & keep on top of them with the occasional phone call

I had a horrible experience!! FM me if anyone would like details, as a lot of my posts have been pulled and the review I gave them was never posted on the vendor review section!!
Like Taryn said stay on top of them!! Didn't work for me, but hopefully it'll work for you!! Good Luck!!

EDIT- I don't want to upset you!! Thats not my intensions!! Hopefully everything will be wonderful with them for you!! A lot of us have different experiences with vendors, mine happened to be bad!! But hopefully you'll have a good one!! Again- good luck!!

Just check in with your bridal shop from time to time ~ I did not lie about my wedding date either ~ and I received them before they were suppose to come in...

We orderd the BM dresses and MOB dresses for my sister's wedding there and everything was great, customer service, alterations, etc. I think you just need to remember that pretty much any place you go to will unfortunately have some negative reviews. Just be sure to follow up with them on everything and I'm sure you'll be fine!

i was a little hesitant about ordering my dress from there because of the negative reviews ive heard...but its 2 min from my house so i really wanted to go there. than my friend convinced me to go there because she got all 9 of her bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride and grooms mothers dresses from there and altered and everything was perfect...ive also known a couple of other people who bought there dresses there and had wonderful experiences...so i wouldnt worry...

I got my wedding dress from there and I was SO happy with my final result. I did get nervous because it didn't come in early. But to be honest - they did all my alterations the week of the wedding and the dress came out better than I would ever have dreamed. I worked with the owner Mary - if there are any problems I would ask to speak to her directly. She was on top of my dress and made buying the dress and altering it a great experience. I was an out of town bride too - why alterations the week of the wedding were so great for me. No worries - just stay positive!
