I just put my dress up on Ebay, what do you think of the listing? Would love advice..

The deal with my hubby when I spent $3800 (with alteration) on my dress was that I'd try to sell it when I was done. I actually don't mind since our apt. in Brooklyn is small, and I'm a grad student so hubby pays all the bills...(although he did say he was sad he'd never get to see me in it again ).

So, it's gone up on Ebay.

Here's the link, tell me what you think of the listing. If you have any suggestions I'll gladly take them, and if there are no bids I can make changes to the listing!

I have never seen a better description on eBay! And I look esp at the wedding gown auctions because I just love to look at dresses. Your auction is the best I've seen!

the only thing maybe was to have bigger photos (using andale), otherwise the ad is really good.

Your dress is gorgeous!!
I think the description is good, but personally I would not buy a $1000 wedding dress off E-bay unless I could see a better picture of it. Can you add any real close-ups so the material and details of the dress show clearly?
Other than that, I think the write-up is excellent!

I think it was very discriptive. Maybe put upclose photos. And pic of bustle.
i don't know if you had this,,,but state no rips, stains, etc.

i think it sounds great... don't get discouraged if people do not bid right away, the trick to ebay is wait til the last minute, cause if you bid right away, you only drive up the price for yourself!! GOOD LUCK!
