I Just Ran 2.5 Mi without stopping...

Rock On!!!!!! I am totally psyched about this...I promised FSIL that I would run the St. Patty's Day 5 Mile with her and I had 6 weeks to get it together and so far I am meeting my goals....

Yes Irene - I felt awesome when I was done. As you all know I am converting to Catholic so I kept saying the Hail Mary over and over (I'm trying to get it down without having to stop and think about it) and the Our Father over and over (for the same reason) - makes the time fly! Next up: The Apostle's Creed!

Ok I just ran 30 mins w/out Stopping...

I feel awesome! I gained a lb this last week though - I wonder if its muscle? I've been running for 3 weeks now...

look at you running for 3 weeks now..my running consists of running for the train

It could be muscle.

The march of dimes is in April, its a 10 mile walk. I do it every year let me know if you are interested in doing it.
