I just realized...

I was looking at my to-do list on the knot.com last night (so many little purple exclamations points...) and all of a sudden a little lightbulb went on: I'm getting married! And soon!

I guess it hadn't hit me until then! I got a little dizzy. It's always felt like there was so much time left, but now it feels like it's really coming up quick, especially with the summer approaching. The summer months always fly by!

So, when did it sink in that you are/were actually getting married?:

for me its been the last couple of weeks, FH and i have had so much to do together, a lot of wedding stuff and stuff for the house... just made me kind of realize that we were 'a unit' now and it just feels so natural and so right... which is good a thing considering my wedding is 8 days away now!

I have been planning little here and little there, and it never occur to me that my date is getting close until I started working on my invites( 3 days ago): 'Yeah.. people are coming to my wedding..'

one of my BMs just got married this past weekend and going through the process of shower/bachelorette party/wedding with her made it really 'real' for me because of the 5 friends/relatives getting married between now and mid-08, i'm next in line!

it hit me that morning at the rehersal, i know its sounds crayze but at that point i got so emotional and relized this was for me. i was a bridesmaid 3x before my wedding so it felt like someones elses wedding even though i was wearing the white dress

I'm so excited for sending out invitations & getting the resposes back! I think that will make it feel extremely real!

Right at the six month mark I really started stressing. Having some health issues too, so that doesn't help. I feel like there is still soooooo much to do - that's the control freak in me. FH wants to work on the seating chart, and we haven't even finalized the guest list yet or bout and sent out the invites! I need him to get cracking on the limo and limo bus we need and not wait until the last minute !

arghhhhhh ! 176 days to go

about a month ago it started because I have really sat down and thrown myself full force into planning this wedding. Picking out accessories for my gown...invitations....regeistering... it feels so close right now! And I LOVE it
