I just rented a studio to teach flute out of! I rented it from a friend and I am so excited because this means MORE MONEY AND LESS DRIVING! WOOHOO! So if you know anyone who wants flute lessons, let me know! I'm so excited!
ETA: music to the title, not a studio apartment

St. James Right around the corner from the school I teach in. I've been traveling to my students homes this year and I attribute ALL of my stress to that. I always had a studio in Stony Brook until I moved to MA last year, but I couldn't afford one on my salaray now that I moved back, but I made friends with this woman who is giving me an INCREDIBLE deal. Now I can actually build up my private studio again. It's the one thing I TRUELY love to do!
