OK Ladies...I just splurge BIG time for the wedding. Did anyone read glinda_goodwitch's wedding review? Well she had a custom made cake topper that looked exactly like them with the replicas of her jewerly, bo-k and gown. I absolutely loved it!!! I'm really into personalized things...and I figured you will have that cake topper forever, where as the Dj, Limo, Flowers etc you will never see again and are paying a lot of money for. This lady who makes them even matched your wedding hair and make up from your trials. It's amazing. Thought I would share, I'm feeling a little guilty spending the money but I doubt i'll regret it once I receive it.

I'd love to do this but $$$$$ is definitely stopping me. Maybe if I get a huge bonus then I'll really consider it. Can't wait to see what yours will look like!!!

I'm waiting till I get my hair and makeup trials done...i'm going to try to schedule them in January, also I'm adding a stethoscope around FH's neck because he'll be graduating med school 3 days before the wedding and I'm graduating with my masters in education in late December so I'm having her put an apple on the palm of my hand that's says '# 1 teacher' or something like that to symbolize our accomplishments before the wedding and make it a little more personal.

I say if it is something you really really want then do it. Its your wedding, don't feel guilty, you will be so happy once you get it. Can't wait to see it.
