If it wasn't for the fact that I know I won't be as vigilant on my own I wouldn't do it but I just spent $1000 (credit card) on 2x week sessions for 2 months with a personal trainer at Bally's.

I hope that I see results!

I will probably do curves the other days and 1 other day at Bally's during the week. I would never do 10 mins walking 'uphill' on the treadmill on my own but I did it because she was there and made me.

Good luck! I was actually thinking about getting a personal trainer too. I need something to motivate me! My first fitting is next week so that has gotten me back into the gym. I'm hoping that I will be able to keep it up. I go to Bally's too. How long are the sessions? Can you do it just once a week? I don't want to spend that much $.

yes

now that i did it, i kinda wish i didn't, but then again she put me on machines that i would never use on my own. and she was really good. she just calls me honey and sweetie alot. otherwise i like her. oh yes they didn't like me saying i wanted to stick to SBD but you know I looked at their diet and I don't have most of that stuff in my kitchen nor do I want to start buying all this crap to make. SBD is so easy to do without doing a big food shopping.

LOL maybe we can negotiate!
The one that is on 42nd St near the Grand Central Terminal and off of Madison. It's called Biltmore.

Jenny, exactly how good is spinning? Does it do alot of damage to the knees?

Please, that's the cheapest program they had.

Seriously if you think you can do it on your own don't bother. I just have no willpower. I hope it will be worth it
