I just started panicking about invites - please help!

So I started stuffing my invites last night. They are gorgeous and I love them, but it JUST dawned on me (while I'm at work, of course) that they they don't have a line that says, 'Reception to follow' or 'Adult Reception to follow.'

We're having the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all at the same place and each part of the night goes right into the next one. Is it OK that I put the time on there for everyone to arrive but didnt mention that they would be staying at the same venue all evening??

Holy crap!!!

if u dont have a reception insert i hope people understand that it is @ the same venue. Do you have a wedding website where you can clarify this?

We're having all of it at the same place and we just put Cocktail hour to follow at 12:30 but I think people will figure it out. I wouldn't worry.

That should be understood if its not on there. The other option would be to send the invites back to the calligrapher and see if they can add a line. We realized we forgot a time on the reception cards and my calligrapher was able to print the time on them.

I wouldnt worry about it...I think most people will assume that the reception follows. I have gotten invites like that before too

people should know that it will all be in the same place if there is no other cards in there.

My ONLY concern is that some people (e.g., my cousin) send other people church invites without a reception card when just asking them to attend the ceremony (for my cousin - people who she wished she could've invited to the reception but just didn't have room for).

I would try to add a line if possible.

ETS: But if the ceremony is held at the RH...maybe that's diff and they'll figure it out!

If you are worried- you could always get print at home business cards & slip them in the envelope with more information- I somehow forgot to order accomodation cards- so thats what I ended up doing

I didnt put reception to follow immediately i think people will understand because usually when you get married at the RH it all follows each other theres no need for a gap of time

I think most people would assume if you didn't include a reception card, then everything is at the same place.
