I just talked to DH's cousin...
That poor lady and her family - I don't know how they do it!
DH's uncle is sick with cancer. He may or may not go for his 2nd round of chemo. We think he will but he's so moody all the time, apparently. Maybe depressed.
DH's cousin is engaged to this man who is very nice but he's got 2 teen boys (well one is 13 and one is 11). I can't remember which one, but I just found out that one of this guy's kids has VIOLENT TENDENCIES. He's killed his cousin's kid's gerbil, parakeet and just last week he beat her little dog Parker (a sh*t-szu, sorry I do'nt know the spelling) TO DEATH with a 2x4. The father found out first, DH's cousin and her kids were out at the movies at the time. They came back and the dog was buried already. He said because he was hit by a car and he thought it would have been better if they didn't see the dog. Well it was B.S. - DH's cousin kept asking 'is that the truth' and turned out the guy's son beat the dog to death because 'She didn't take me to the movies with her kids'. Like I said before this isn't the first time he's done something to something in her house (they don't live togehter....DH's cousin lives a few houses from her fiance though). This guy has always thought this kid was a 'golden child' (UM HELLO???) and always sided with him against the other boy (who has ADD but otherwise is a very nice boy). He finally admitted the boy has a serious problem (no sh*t buddy).
DH's other cousin in in Iraq or Afghanistan, we don't know which because he's on some covert operation. He's a major in the marines but he trained Navy SEALS this past year for something. The last anyone heard of him was 2 weeks ago.
I just feel so bad for this whole family - they are very nice and don't deserve all these problems!!
