I just took a new class at the gym!

what kind of class is it.. is it latin dancing? i ordered this dance video a while ago that I love and i think that is the name of it.

It is some latin dancing/ belly dancing/ aerobic moves together. That's probably it. I have to say we did a lot of moves that involved squats and my quads are killing me!

It is some latin dancing/ belly dancing/ aerobic moves together. That's probably it. I have to say we did a lot of moves that involved squats and my quads are killing me!

ok.. yeah they probably modeled it after the video , i bought it a few years ago.. its awesome.. wish i had it on DVD so i can do it.
