I just totaled up our guest list..

Mine is currently 20 people over the amount that will fit in the room, and these 20 people are all people that 'need an invitation but definitely won't come.' I hate hearing that!!!!! What if they DO come? I am still begging FH to call his parents and ask that these people are put on the B list - or taken off all together. They are his grandparent's brothers and sisters and cousins whom no one sees and whom FMIL insists are not coming - one is on dialysis, etc - but 'need an invitation.'

ARGH! (That's really the only aggrevation I have had so far, so I guess I am lucky.)

Or how about 'they wont show up, but we need to invite them out of courtesy'
Guess what...some actually replied that they're coming!! ..shoot me!

Do you have the room? I don't - and I also don't have the budget for them!!!!

Im in the same boat.
We are up to 286 and we are not done

We hope only get about 200.

we have alot of out of town guests.

Guest lists just take on a life of their own! It's amazing how they can grow. I'm sure we could have been up to 400 people if we didn't draw the line somewhere.

That's so annoying!! Do they realize that invites cost money too?

AHHHHHHH I am praying for you! I want to keep it to the most 250 also..but the list starts going nuts....praying for no's lolol
