I just walked 2 miles around the industrial park where i work, and I feel great....I feel so energized. I cannot wait....1.5 hours left of work.
I feel like I can walk from Manhattan to Industrial park---wherever that is.
That may be a long walk, since I work in Port Washington...If you do decide to make the walk....Can you bring me a Cookie? Make sure you put it on ice, because it will be a little melted by the time you get here....

Don't you worry about getting too hot or sweaty? I always think about that when I see people walking around my office (for the sake of exercise).

Nope doesnt bother me a bit. It is freezing cold in my office. If I smell, I wont have to worry about people bothering me in the afternoon lol
