I just won an important case--after months of frustration.

My client had to sit down when I called him with the news! It was a claim for reinstatement of private long term disability insurance benefits (ERISA). We've been fighting for this for several months and the insurance company was terrible to deal with! We expected the case to drag out MUCH longer. His prior attorney (who could no longer handle his case for personal reasons, then recommended me) just e-mailed to ask me how I worked this miracle.

My work can be so depressing at times (my clients are mostly very ill) but today I feel great!! I've had other cases where we found out we won, but my client died by the time it happened. This time, my client was there to see the results!!!!
