This is the third time I've been sick in the last 3 weeks, and this time was bad, I had to go on antiboitics & missed work. Is anyone consistently getting sick lately?

Not me but this keeps happening to my friend. I don't think she ever fully got over her first sickness. Just get lots of sleep and take vitamins! I hope you feel better soon!

Are you tkaing the entire perscription of the antibiotics, because oif you don't you are doing your body a terrible disservice.
You need to take the 10 days worth. If you did, they need to put you on a stronger antibiotic, since you might have built up a resistence to it.

Do you work in an office or a closed in space with alot of other people? If you do, this is common. You are breathing the same air that everyone else is breathing. If they are sick you will get sick too. That is what happens to me all the time.
I take Vitamins....and I still get sick...So I am not going to tell you to take vitamins. I think they may help, but they really dont help me

Yes, I'm with you. I've been constantly sick for the past 4 months ... I don't think I've felt 100% like 'ME' for ages now!
Got hit bad the past few weeks again, constant headaches (I suffer from migraines) and ear, eye and neck pain. Offf to the doctor this afternoon to try and see if its anything worse, like an infection, etc.
I blame it on the lousy winter we had - bring on SPRING!!!

I'm taking the whole prescription, it's one of those 3-day ones. I think I need a multi-vitamin, I don't take any, plus I discovered that I'm allergic to Niacin. Anyone know any good ones? Thanks.

Those 3 day ones don't help me at all, I need the 10 day ones, or I won't get better.

This is why I am so scared to go back to work. When I finally go back after 6 months of maternity leave I'm so afraid that both me and Damien will get sick a lot

I've been home from work for the last 2 days. My tonsils are almost touching and I have a fever of 103!!!

I think between December and January, I got sick three different times. I was pissed I already had to use a sick day in January.

Winter or long periods of time spent indoors means your germs stick around. I always believed you need to get out of the house as much as you can during the winter as you would during the summer. And if you get sick then clean out the house when you have engery. Being locked up during the winter months in stuffy places encourages more sicknesses. JMO

yeah, i had pneumonia from october to november then a cold in january then another cold this week. grrrr
