This blows. I kid you not, in the last 2 weeks I have had about 4 dreams about my ex-funny thing is, not my recent ex, my highschool bf from 10 years ago!
What gives. I dont even think about him like that. I'm not reading further into it, I just wanted to share with you guys.
What do you guys do if you dream about an ex?

Ive actually been having alot of dreams lately too... with my ex... my most recent was that I followed him back to england and took 'english' classes to speak like him??
I brought it up to fh and he said...and i quote 'There are certain triggers in your mind that will remind you of something cognitively but that your conscience doenst recognize. So, when you go to sleep, what you pushed back and didnt let come through, comes out.'
In my case we figured out..(you know the couple that was shot in antiqua? That was his cousin) so Ive probably been subconsciencly thinking about him....
have you been doing anything from years ago? Moving etc?

Im guessing that has to be what it is.
By the way, Im sorry about your fh's cousin. I dont know if I heard about it or not. Was it recently?

Noo not fhs cousin lol...my ex from englands cousin...they were the newly wedsthat got robbed thats why ive been dreaming with him lol
That has to be what it is. FH is really good with these things and unfortunately is usually 100% right lol...
Since youve been seeing alot of people, its probably bringing memories into your brain that you arent realizing... he swares thats how dreams work...

It could definately be that seeing all the people from HS is jogging my memory. Plus, he's FDNY and now FH is FDNY. Could be a multitude of things...I didnt wanna tell my friends they'd think I was regressing hahaha

I've had a few dreams about my ex recently. I'm always kind of out of sorts when I wake up because I really have no desire to even see my ex but wonder why he keeps popping into my dreams! It's very strange!

Mine too. I have no reason or want to see mine either! We broke up on good terms stayed in the same circle of friends. He has a gf and a child and I'm getting married. We moved on....I dunno. Maybe its something that happens when you're getting married. Totally pulling that out of my a ss!!

I had dreams like that a few months ago... it totallt freaked me out and couldnt understand it. Maybe its just b/c we are starting our life with one person that wil hopefully be for the rest our lives. I think its normal dont look to far into it

I'm the same way....I have had a few dreams lately too but no desire whats so ever to see/speak to the ex. MY mom thinks its normal to always wonder about an ex b/c it was someone you cared about/loved at one point

Ive been having a couple of them latley . Me n my ex were together since we were 16 and right after we broke up he and his other ex got pregnet n engaged. He is now living with her and raising her child and his. Now that i am engaged i started to have dreams about me n him. But i think its just because everything changes so quickly in each others lives n we never realy had time to patch things up. I dont realy think twice about them though, i am happier now then i have ever been and thats all that matters... Right? Who knows.... lol

I truly think its just our way of freaking out that we are now with the person we are going to spend the rest of our lives with . And our minds are just doing what if's you know.. Thats why im tring not to look to far into them

yeah I am not reading into it but the thing that bothers me is that we were friends, he would call me on my birthday and share personal things, and ever since I got engaged, I haven't heard from him...

I just dont particularly like it. Its funny though because I havent thought about him in that way in such a long time and now all of a sudden the dreams start coming.
