I kinda feel bad for asking this but, it's every man for himself!

I NEVER thought I would ask this of you ladies but....
FH and I found THE HOME, OUR HOME, the perfect place to start our family. It literally has EVERYTHING we wanted in a home. It is a bank owned property and I just found out that they have a 1st accepted offer...I'm actually devastated. I know its silly and I shouldn't of imagined decorating our babies nursery and where we would put the Christmas tree, but I couldn't help it! So the deal is that we have no shot at a counter offer unless the 1st accepted falls through. So please, please, please (as much as I hate prayers for someone else to loose something....) send your thoughts and prayers our way.

We had the same thing happen with our house..........and we got lucky and the first accepted offer fell through......so you still might have a shot!
