I kinda feel bad for FH...

One of our friends is getting married about a month after us. No problems there, in fact, they're an awesome couple, I can't wait for their wedding.

FH's friend is planning his Bachelor party AND the other guy's and asked FH if he would mind doing a joint Bparty.

FH said he didn't mind, but I kinda feel bad.
I feel like I should throw him a mini party, maybe rent out a big hotel room for all his friends and stock it with booze and food and stuff. What do you think? Any other ideas? Am I an idiot for wanting to do this?

All of FH's friends got married at the same time and they all had a joint bachelor party.

I understand the concept but I'd feel bad too. Throwing him something small might be nice.

i dont think guys care as much as girls. girls are brats when it comes to this stuff. if he reallly doesnt mind, then let it be combined.. pretty much the same ppl, no?

i would kinda feel bad too. he should definitely have his own party
i think that would be a great idea!!!!!!! im sure theyd love it and have a great time. he'd definitely appreciate it.

It IS pretty much the same people, but I think he was slightly disappointed when his friend said 'joint.' He might not mind, that's true, but I still feel bad lol

Totally agree! He may even have more fun to! My friend is doin the same thing with her friend (they are getting married a month apart) and they are having a joint bachelorette party at the wineries in Long Island.

personally, i think it's a waste of money to rent a hotel for him, etc., bc like barb said, guys aren't the same as girls with that sort of thing. as long as they're with friends, drinking, and having a good time, that's what't impt to them. most don't need it to be 'THEIR' day.

ITA. FH had a joint bach. party. At first he was kinda stank about it, but it was only cause the guy wanted to go to Vegas and FH didn't want to. Well, they went to Vegas, had a blast, and FH was very happy.

Awww I would soooo feel bad!! I would actually try and speak to the bm/planner and see what could be done, but in a way that wouldn't embarrass FH

Actually FH and I ran into a friend who just had a baby w his gf. FH said, 'u coming to vegas for my bach party?' Friend said 'yea, I may as well have mine too'. I wlmost bugged the fcuk out. Like really? he can't have this one thing?? Ur not even engaged stupid ***! Well anyway I almost hope he doesn't go, I don't want him stealing the spotlight.

ITA! If your FH is fine with it, then have him do it. If you really really want to, you can do a separate one for him.
