I KNEW IT WAS TOO $@%#$% GOOD TO BE TRUE!!! (long)
I posted about how excited I was that my ebay auction ended with a BIN! I hadn't heard anything from the buyer but she had good feedback so I was waiting...
I just got an email from ebay that the listing was 'cancelled' due to 'unauthorized bidding activity' (ie: account was hacked). I'm skeptical and think the bidder just regretted using the BIN, and didn't want to have to go through with the sale.
Not only that, but they removed the entire auction and I could no longer relist or do a second chance offer!!! I lost my entire listing, which was long, detailed, and I had spent a long time writing up. I am so so so glad I saved the HMTL and emailed it to myself before listing it the first time.... otherwise I probably wouldn't have relisted the bag. Learned my lesson from losing plenty of LIW posts.
EDITTTTTTTTTTT: I am so so so so pissed. I knew it was too good to be true! I'll probably relist it at around 7 or 8pm Eastern time.... but
I'm thinking about giving up on ebay altogether... I finally get ready to resubmit the listing, and I get this autoresponse:
Attention Seller:
In order to maintain a safe trading environment, selling limits are occasionally placed on accounts listing items that are reportedly favored by counterfeiters. At this time, you are limited in the number of items you can list (or revise) in any 7 day period. If you have any additional questions about this subject, email us at Customer Support.
We sincerely value you as a member of our trading community and look forward to a continued successful relationship.
BULLLSHIT! I cant relist anything for 7 days because I'm selling an AUTHENTIC Louis Vuitton bag and these kinds of bags are often faked?
I am really really upset and sent ebay a message. This is ridiculous!!!!
