I knew something had to go wrong!!! (Kinda long).
With 6 days left until my wedding, my sister and Mom went to the Wedding Center to pick up their dresses and my dress. A few weeks I ordered my gloves and specified to the lady on the phone seven million times which gloves to order and that they were for me, THE BRIDE. Now, one of my BM had gone to pick up her dress and The Wedding Center didn't even have her gloves.... they lost them or forgot to order them or something... so she had to order gloves, too. Sooo when my Mom and Sister asked for my gloves, they bring out two pairs of gloves for the BM. They ordered two pairs of BM gloves and not even one pair for me. I was fuming. The owner promises that they will be ordering my gloves and Monday and that the manufacturer has them in.... He said 'they should be in on Wednesday, but maybe you should come back on Thursday, just in case.' And my sister was like, 'No. They WILL be in Wed. because Thurs. is the night before the wedding, and we aren't coming back here again.' So the owner says they will be in on Wed. but I don't trust him, I'm very nervous. They were very rude and not apologetic, even though this was their mistake. The reason I can't just go buy another pair of gloves is because they were a special color of gold to match my ivory/gold dress. Oh, and while all of this was going on, they couldn't find my sister's dress, the alterations weren't done, and my Mom's dress was altered, but it was still too long and kept trying to tell her it was fine even though my Mom was tripping over it!!!!!
