but I can't find it. If you found out that another bride was paying a significant amount cheaper than what you were for the same thing are you able to call that vendor for a change? Is that legal?

I don;t know. But I would be woried that the vendor would take it out on my friend. maybe i'm just paranoid?

You should call, and say I recently found out what another client of yours was charged and ask if there is a reason, seeing that you both have similiar 'packages' why are you being charged more?
One rule, don't tell the vendor the source of your information, as marymoon said you wouldnt want them to take it out on the other bride.
But I def think you should call and question them, it couldnt hurt
