I know I must drive you all nuts, but I really need your help PLEASE!

Okay I know I'm an odd bride in most of your opinions, but I'm really going nuts trying to plan this whole thing. I've been greatful to all of you who have helped me out. could you please help me out again! This E-party thing is just driving me nuts and I really don't know what to do! I spent the whole day looking for favors and here are the ideas of what I got!

Okay I came up with some cute ideas for favors and I could use some opinions. Idea one - Yellow frisbees with smiley faces on it that read 'smile! we're getting married!'
Idea two- Take mini clay pots and put a small plant in them, with a ribon.
Idea three- small candles in small candle holders with two plastic swords crossing and a little tab that reads 'joe and bonnies E-party, blah blah blah'
Idea four take some cheap candies and fold a poem over them, staple them and glue two bells at the top. Theses are the ideas I have. I'm having a BBQ at south haven park. what do you all think?
I was also thinking about doing a scanver hunt. I need help! HELP!!!!!!!!!

I like the pot/plant idea. Maybe they can be flowers instead of just plants? Whoever plants them will think of you when they bloom.

thank you. I'm just going nuts so I'm asking EVERYONE! its hot as heck out side and my car has no AC and I just got to my mothers house and I'm just going nuts.

What about little pots of different herbs they can bring home and use for cooking. I am sure you can get nice ones at a flower store. Then just go and buy ribbon to fancy it up a little.

I'm checking out Ebay and I found plastic pots, 50 for $3.99. I like the herb idea too. Someone suggest flowers too. I was thinking using a spider plant because I could just buy a big one and use its babies for my favors.

how about terracotta (sp) pots???
maybe micheals or ac moore will have them for a reasonable price

I went to both Michaels and AC Moores today. Michaels wants $.39 a pot and AC Moores wants $.29 a pot. they have the four really tiny pots for $.59. But I thinkthe plastic will be less problems and I don't have to worry about them breaking or scratching.

Why don't you try a place like franks or any other place that sells only plants. They may have herb pots pre made.
Also I have heard Home depot sells plants.

I've seen seed packets that you can personalize with your names. Below is a link to one kind that I found online. You can choose flower or cedar tree seeds and it has the story of the flower/tree on the back. If you enjoy nature (and it sounds like you do) then this might be a nice favor. If you were going to do flower seeds you could place the packet into a planter pot and tie with a bow. This favor will definitely keep well on a hot day. Good luck!

I like the small pots with the herbs, I think it would go along with the theme of the BBQ and don't think that it will break the bank.

I like the plant idea there are places that have the packets of seeds that you can personalize

I have always liked the potted plants idea - but the sword candle holders would go more with your wedding theme so both sound good - Congrats on the e-party post pics afterwards!!! There's alot of anti-brides on here so don't worry about 'odd' we're all different and theres nothing wrong with that !!
