I know I'm a loser but...

I am a little bit sad...FH is going away on a trip for school..he is going away tomorrow and saturday and coming home Sunday. I know its not a long trip and that I probably sound pathetic but I we haven't slept apart in 2 years! I bet it will be nice to stretch out in bed but Im a little nervous about it! Im staying in the city Saturday night so that will be fine but Im nervous about tomorrow! Any tips? Do you ever feel this way or am I being really lame!?

a few weeks ago fh was going to work late for 3 days and stay at his sils...

and i cried driving away from him!! lol

i do! i make my girls come over or we go out and stay up really late so that when i do go to bed i fall right asleep and before i know it its morning and its all over! but yea i hate sleeping apart from him

Not at all!!! Even if fh goes out for the day I am sad Try to schedule a girls night this way you wont feel so alone!

I am the same way!!! My SIL was so bad when my brother had his bachelor party that she slept at my apt with her dog, my roommate, me and both of our dogs. It was hysterical. We had a good time.

I missed him when he went away for the weekend so your not alone but I didnt realize how much I missed streching out in my bed and waking up without having to be SUPER quiet.

Awww, I'd miss FH too if he was going away for the long!!!!!!! But, spend some time with the girls to keep your mind off of missing him! Before you know it, Sunday will be here!

Not lame at all. I felt the same when FH went away last summer for work. I locked our bedroom door, and slept with the tv on and my cell phone next to the bed.

My FH is away right now on business and I miss him. Not so much during the day, more at night, since there's no one to snuggle up to. But he comes home in another day, yeah!!! My snuggle bunny will be home soon

I have been in a long distance relationship for three years and I cried this Sunday when my FH dropped me off at the airport. You're not a loser... it's nice to be around the person you love

last year FH wnet to Florida to see parents and went 5 days ahea dof me as i did not have enoguh vacation days- I cried every night

hang in and he will be home before u know it

no u dont! i know how that feels mine always travels too...but keep your self busy...do some stuff...catch up on all ur things..and when he comes bak give him all ur attention!!!!!!!!!!

u are not alone! i get the same way! i went to visit my parents a few weeks ago (they live out of the country) and i couldnt even sleep! i was so used to him being there!

No way, you are not lame. I am the same way when FH is not around. I get all nervous and scared for him to leave. But it isssss nice to have the bed to yourself...you can stretch out and watch anything you want on TV. Sometimes its nice to have the alone time...but I totally know how you feel.
