I KNOW I'm behind the times...

but can someone please tell me about shopping on eBay.

I looked at it many times, but am still wondering.
I see some girls are buying their tiaras for practically nothing, and I need to know. Has everyone always been satisfied once they arrived? Are these used? How do you know who's selling them? If they claim they have authentic Swarovski crystals in them, do you just trust them?

I bought two tiaras off of ebay because I got a great price! Both came in and both were STUNNING!! I also bought my gloves off of ebay. Ive bought ALOT off of ebay. The tiara I chose for my wedding day is from Princess Bride tiaras, it has crystals and its amazing!! Look at their website

check out the ones you like..see their price. Then go on their ebay store and see if its there.mine was regularly 125 I bought it I think for 45. It is very nice.

i also won two tiaras from ebay from princessbridal - and my veil. all are beautiful and very god quality. better quality actually than some of the tiaras i saw at other stores. all purchases were worth it in my opinion. let me see if i can send you a link to their ebay store....

I'd start inexpensive. Just to get the hang of it. I wouldn't start with a dress. Pick an item that you might be interested, and watch it for a while. See if others offer it for less. Make sure you get the best price...unless I am bidding on the same item!!! jk

ebay cna be great but there is a lot of fraud too.
Use your credit card - even if it is through paypal. don't send money orders or personal checks unless you have the sellers phone and HOME address (not PO box)
I've lost a lot on ebay and there is no real recovery process if the item does not arrive or the seller is dishonest.
There are deals out there but be careful
