I know it's early but does anyone do...

A set up of Dept 56, Charles Dickens etc villages?

If so, I'd love to see pics this year!

My mom does an AMAZING set up, she starts thanksgiving.. I will ask her if she has pics, she always referes to the pics every year so she remembers what she did the year before!

I have the Christmas in the CIty Village but won't be setting it up this year because we will be just moving

They just came out with the Empire State building. It is so pretty I need to get it!!!

DH has a Season's Bay winter collection that has been discontinued.

One of his friends has a huge Christmas in the City collection that is beautiful.

I collect Snow Village. I had a decent collection, but can't display it all well in my apt - I need a house!

I can't WAIT to do this once we get settled. The only problem is that I LOVE the Dickens houses, and my DH likes the more modern ones...the one with the Harley shop. We just might have to set up two villages. Maybe even two trees for that matter!

my mom hs the most awesome set up -- Ill try to get a picture-- she has SO many -- they are all over the house, in like little villiages. I only have a few -- so mine are not that impressive yet !

We do Dept 56's North Pole village, I have a picture I will scan and post tonight! We had my dad build a special tiered table with holes for the wires to accommodate the village, because we had no other room for all the houses we have. The picture I have is from 3 years ago but we have about 30 houses on display in it!!
