I KNOW THIS HAS BEEN ASKED A MILLION TIMES...

but where are my 09'ers going or have gone BM dress shopping?
Going with my bm's and need some ideas of places in L.I. since I am completely clueless when it comes to Long Island.

I'm going to bridal reflections in Massapequa tonight, so i'll let you know how it goes. Also, I would try Lillettes in Baldwin, i've gotten a few bridemaids dresses for weddings that i've been in from there.

This doesnt help because its not LI but I'm totally going to RK Bridal for that... their whole deal with measuring yourself and not getting alterations there and saving money is too good to pass up! I'd imagine its worth the trip!

Im not saying it cause I work there but rather because they have a HUGE selection..you should take a look at paradise bridal (at least to get an idea of style and color!)

Hahaha not at all...they really do have a large selection of dresses though...i went there to look when i first started looking (long before I started working there!)

Bridal Reflections is good on the weekdays they close at 9pm the shop in Masseapeau.

I know you said LI but You can also check Valentina Bridal in Brooklyn they have a huge selection

Do you have a particular designer that you are looking for?

I love their no frills program also. i took the girls there on our first trip dress shopping. the only thing is that on the weekends RK Bridal is a ZOO and we were stuck looking for dresses ourselves and having only 20 minutes in the dressing room.
i think this place is great once you have THE DRESS picked out.

I had a wonderful experience with Demetrios in Macy's Smith Haven. Definitely recommend them...they are patient, courteous and very helpful and my dress came in early! GO during a trunk show and you will get a discount too (15% off!!!).

I am going on Saturday to David's bridal, I'm not a huge fan of them but i like a few of their BM dresses and they are reasonable prices

i just went last Friday with 1 of my bms. We went to Lillette's and to Village Bridal. it was so much fun! She came to visit from CA. and i miss her so! lol...
