is an 'adult' reception over 16 or 18 years old?

I would assume over 16, but it all depends on the teen. Some are more mature than others, so its kind of hard to put an age limit on what is considered 'adult'. I know some 30 year olds that act like they are 18, yet my friend Daniela who is 18 is more mature than any of my 25 year old friends. To play it safe, I would call the bride and ask...
