One of our mortgage lenders folded. We were supposed to close next week. . .on the 4th actually.
It's not looking good. . . FH and I are going to be homeless and out our down payment. . .
I'm so very sad. . .

We had the same problem when we closed. Our mortgage company decided they didn't wan tto handle co-ops anymore. It delyaed otu closing for 5 mmohts and we almost lost our down payment.
