I know what you're thinking...another hair and makeup post...

But, I really need your help.

I am not from Long Island, but am getting married there. My wedding is on a Sunday and I'll need to be ready by 9 a.m. in the morning. I need to find someone in the area willing to do hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaids and my mom.

I have already contacted 3 places that I knew of...and all of them told me that they are 'booked'. I just think that they are not willing to accomodate my needs...perhaps because I'm cynical...

So girls, please help a fellow bride to be find the best hair and makeup professional in the LI area (wedding in Jericho).

There are several threads on hair/makeup with everyone's suggestions. Definitely do a search.

I always rave about the person I used. I really liked her. Her name is Bessie & her # is 718-707-1089.
