I laughed at first, but...

So when I started as a pharm tech at Wal MArt, the jewelry dept used to make PA announcements about their sales... and one day they have a REAL GOLD AND DIAMOND weding ring set on clearance for $50. It was like.. a diamond chip solitaire and a plain gold band as thin as paper. I peed myself, haha

But I was just thinking cause a 2010 posted about not taking her rings on hm.. that set would have been good to take on HM! So I checked out the Wal MArt site and found THIS
Which is nicer than something completely fake but not real enough to really care about, KWIM? Just giving a heads up

OMG thank you for posting this!!!

I have been looking for a look alike ring to my engagement ring so when I go on vacations or HM I can bring the fake one and this one looks almost exactly like my engagement ring!!

hahah i was wondering the same thing.

but thanks for the post. i don't think i could travel with my actual e-ring and that's a pretty decent one for traveling purposes

thanks for posting this! very good idea..I liked the Wal-Mart set but if anyone is interested in spending less than $ 55 for 'fake' rings, I came across another web site that has them for $ 25.

i think its a great idea...
a cousin had her ring stolen from her hotel room while she went swimming, another cousin lost the stone while hiking in some jungle... so i def don't want anything to happen!

i have no problem traveling with my e-ring. i'm going to have it insured before we go on our HM so no worried there! yay!

We did the same thing! Last thing I wanted was to take off our rings on the HM so I did a pre-wedding order from a wholesale jewellery site, made sure we got a spare ring set as part of the order, and it was great!

Everyone in the wedding party got some jewellery to remember the event by and it was super cheap!

So happy! ;)

This is not a bad idea! My cousin's diamond fell out in the swimming pool on their HM. They look for HOURS, and eventually found it (Lucky!).

**My ring is still new to me and I get worried about something happening to it. I'm not neurotic about it, but I was going into NYC for St.Patricks day, and I didn't wear my ring (who knew how wild things would get!). My friends kind of made me feel crazy for not wearing my ring (I wore my claddah ring instead).

Is that too neurotic? I really didn't think it was a big deal.
