I like my hall again!!!! UPDATED!!!

I spoke to The Director of Sales today and everything has been taken care of.

Kevin was great and we discussed all of our issues and I am happy to say that I feel more comfortbale with the Sagamore and am looking forward to a wonderful day wth them......I can't wait!!!!

It must be something in the 'different' water. A good friend of DH's is having her wedding at the Thayer Hotel at West Point. Basically, it sounds like a lot of what you are going through, she is going through as well. They decided on that place because all her guests were coming from MA and his guests were coming from Brooklyn. She's pretty annoyed--and it sounds like you are at the end of your rope. For BOTH of yours sakes, I hope, when your wedding day does arrive, everything goes smoothly and NO ONE from these hotels gives you any trouble! GRRR

So sorry you have to go thru this. When you signed your contract did they inform you of this? Is it the beginning and ending time of your wedding in your contract?

My contracy says what room and the time I have that room. Look over your contract-if it doesnt I would tell them they are in breach of the contract-there are no times listed and it is an INCOMPLETE contract.

This is probably the only way to get out of that 10pm cut off

Geesh!! Why do these places even bother to have weddings with all those rules!! Its completely ridiculous..maybe try the better business bureau? im sorry this is happening it really does suck..
