I lost...

2.4 pounds this week! I have been on WW for 1 week and lost! I am so happy... I don't remember if I posted this over the weekend, but thought I would share my good news!

Congrats - I have been too scared to weight myself lately, been off my diet for a week and a half - EEK! I better get back on track soon!

Hopefully your loss will motivate me...

I have not lost anyhting I am still at a stand still hey at least I aint gaining anything and I am happy with that

Right now it is to lose 13 pounds. It will probably increase as time goes on. I put on 8 pounds last year in 3 weeks after I switched to a new birth control pill. I have not been able to lose this weight! Then when FI got sick, I put on another 5.

Ihope I can do it!
