I LOST

My Job the whole staff was called into a meeting on Tuesday and our boss hit us with the bad news. About 1 hr later as we were getting our personal belongings, the City Marshalls came into our office and told everyone we have 5 mins to get our sh*t and get out!!! I cant believe the company wasn't even paying their rent all this time and the boss received an eviction letter about 2 weeks ago....Im freakin out b/c of the wedding plans and idk if im gonna be able to afford it without a job ....

It will work out....at least they gave you *some* noticed before the marshall's came in.

Aww...something will come up. I didnt get a job that was scheduled for me and I thought about cancelling the wedding.....best decision i made was not to.

Give it some time....talk to the hall if you need to.

Ugh I was afraid of that when I saw your post about a week ago and you mentioned the eviction notice. Did you send out your resume at all? Post it on Monster and check out craigslist tonight.

In the meantime, have a drink when you get home. It will help with the anxiety of leaving your job.
