I lost 8 lbs this month!!! I went on the scale today after the gym and had to get off and back on because I couldn't believe my eyes!! its sooo hard for me to loose weight!

Thats great !! I know how good it feels B/C after weeks of hard work ive lost about 15. I have tons more to go but its a start.

Great job!! I have such a hard time losing weight as well. I have been trying but I am just not having any luck Good for you. It keeps me motivated when I hear of others losing
