Good Customer Service. I purchased my dress and veil from Davids Bridal but had second thoughts on my veil. I was told by the girl when i first walked in that all sales were final so i figured i would just eat the money cause that was not the veil. Low and behold this awesome lady took over my appointment and told me that she would take the veil back. She put a new veil on and it absolutely was the one. Could not be happier

I know what you mean about customer service, the simplest things can make all the difference to the customer. I ordered more paper samples from paperandmore and when I realized I wanted to get it in time for the weekend, I emailed to changed the shipping method and they responded quickly and were really nice about the change. it goes a LONG way

Its comes far and few in between these days. I know when i was a teenager i took my job as a supermarket cashier serious and greeted people, told them to have a night day. I had regulars that came on my line...lol When i get helped these days the kids are talking over you to the next cashier, texting, on the phone....it drives me crazy and thats in the supermarket.....forget about it when it comes to wedding planning. I get turned off easy and move onto the next vendor.

agreed.. for one of our RH appointments, the lady showed up 30 minutes late and blamed in on FH getting the time wrong and while we were looking around, she went into the office, checked her books and was like 'yeah I was right it was 11 not 1030'... so just because you wrote it down, it's right? bc I wrote it down too... for 1030. plus even if fh was wrong, insisting he's wrong is a surefire way to make us cross you off our list before we even walk out the door haha. mind you it wasn't the only thing wrong with the place.
