I love Ebay!

I just received my 1987 Martha Stewart Weddings book. MS wants $75 for the book on her website and I got it for $12 on Ebay!

I also got 5 back issues of Martha Stewart Weddings magazine for $15! Not too shabby!!!!

I figure this stuff will also come in handy for my sister when she gets married down the road.

Forget ebay - try www.half.com!

I have been engaged for nearly two years and have drooled over those beautiful, hardcover, photo rich wedding books at Barnes & Noble like the Vera Wang, Colin Cowe, Elegant Weddings, etc..
But of course they are all too expensive.

I just saw a bunch on www.half.com for such great prices. My wedding is too close to have any use for them now so I restrained myself from buying them.

I love Ebay too. I just won 50 Lenox Crystal boxes for only $125. Works out to be $2.50 each favor and thats great compared to other prices I have received for favors.

Its great!! I have had no problems at all... bought my pew bows, handbag, gift for hubby to be, program paper, my necklace and earrings (thanks to stacdz) my wedding cameras too.. if i knew about it for my favors, i would have done that also, but my favors were the first thing i did, so i missed out!!!

Novemberbride, they ask you to sign up to be a registered member. It doesn't cost you anything.

I've been using EBay for over 2 years now. I've purchased about 50 things so far, mostly signed Swarovski jewelry.

I haven't had any problems. You do have to read things carefully and ask sellers questions when you have them. The seller ratings are important too.

The books and magazines I just ordered are used, but in excellent condition (you would never know). Most of the jewelry I purchased was new.

There are scam artists out there, so you still have to be careful. I tend to purchase a lot from the same sellers.

Ever since I found our cake topper on ebay I have been addicted. I also got our Mikasa unity candle holders, BM cake pull charms and our guest book. I am always on there trying to find new stuff.

I agree! If they come out with an Ebay credit card I'm in big trouble lol. So far I got my Tiara for $50, crest white strips for 19, program paper, tussie mussies for the moms and a bunch of Tiffany gifts for my bridal party. Not too hooked
