Mom: Your aunt called me and said that she did know where you are registered, she didn't get the little card.
Me: Ok?
Mom: I told her where you are registered, so it is ok now. But do you think other people didn't get their cards?
Me: Ok?
Mom: I will start calling and take care of it. Bye!
That is something I really do not need to worry about, especially if she told me from the beginning to stay out of the plans for the shower!

i dunno... i think you could be being a little harsh. it just sounds like she's concerned that people didn't get the registry cards
eta: i can see why you're annoyed bc she doesnt want you involved in the planning/you don't want to be involved but i wouldn't get annoyed over it!

I hate when my mom calls me for stupid things like that, especially when I am at work.
I think all of our mothers should get together & complain to each other & not to us. My mom has been unbearable the past couple of months. If she asks me one more time about people responding I may throw response cards at her. Seriously mom, I have no idea when people are going to respond, don't you think I would like to know that information too???

Oh yeah!! I have been hearing it since Monday night about all the people that didn't respond, then who are we adding to make the minimum, did you contact these people, did they confirm, when are they going to confirm, etc.
At this point I told her that we are all set, when we really are not, we are missing like 2 people, so I am not stressing.
