I have posted this before, but considering today's date I will post it again...

Last September 11, I started my own tradition to commemorate the day by wearing an 'I LOVE NY' T-shirt to work. I will do the same tomorrow, and for many years to come.

If you have some I LOVE NY paraphernalia lying around, why not wear it tomorrow.. a pin, a hat, a shirt... I think it is an uplifting way to commemorate Sept 11.

Imagine if ALL New Yorkers participated? Seeing millions of people wearing the same message across their chest could be a pretty powerful thing.

Great idea Lori...

I did something similar last year and will again this year (and each year to come)...I wore my friend's (mom's, now, ex-boyfriend) firehouse t-shirt...Eng Co 55 - Little Italy.

I saved the ribbon that our school gave out that says our colors do not run. I will wear my red, white and blue ribbons tomorrow.

That's what I did last year too. I wore my NYFD shirt.
