I LOVE SPIN!
Just wanted to say that.. Ive been taking 3-4 classes a week, for the past 3 weeks, it gives me so much energy after...LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!

what is spin?!
lol...everyone talks about spinning class and i really am not sure what they are talking about. is it a class on excersize bikes?!?!

Hahaha as I am a teacher.. let me tell you what I tell my students, THERE ARE NO STUPID QUESTIONS

and yes, an exercise class in a dark room with black lights, on small exercise bikes, its an intense work out.. but awesome!
