Re: I LOVE THE OLYMPICS!
I was up so late last night watching it. Gymnastics really makes me think about when I was young. My elementary school teacher was a psycho and we had the gym set up like we were going to the olympics.

Re: I LOVE THE OLYMPICS!
i'm just happy that nastia and shawn got 1st and second. The scoring was def messed up tho...like china had a lot of balance checks on beam, while shawn had barely any and they got basically the same score...kind of fishy to me...

This is the first summer Olympics I've paid attention to. I can remember winter Olympics from the Kerrigan-Harding era... but for summer.... this year is the most I've watched. I don't recall Athens 04 or Sydney 00 at all. And I guess Atlanta 96 I somewhat remember because it was in the US. But I agree, as we get older we appreciate these things more.
