Does anyone know where I can get them and how much they would probably cost? And on that note, how much are you supposed to spend on centerpieces? What is average?

Maybe the site that you got this from, you could contact them and see who they used, maybe you could use a scaled down version. It is very nice

I had my wedding at Tribeca Rooftop, the site where you found those pictures. I believe the florist is Susan Holland, high-end florist, but beautiful. Anyway, you should take the picture to your florist and see what they say. The branches, should not be that expensive and you may be able to find the hanging candle holders at a craft shop or candle site. Hope this helps.
