I love this house!!

I love this house!!

I haven't been in my house for 2 months and I'm already looking around for houses!

I just found this house- it has almost everything I want. But it doesn't seem that expensive for all that it has- I wonder if there is something wrong with it.

I don't have the $ for it or to move but it's fun looking around.

Was it just built? The taxes may be through the roof...($15,000-$16,000)...

At least it's in Port Jeff- the taxes aren't as bad as they are in the neighboring towns. Not sure if it's new construction- seems like it is though.

Edited to say- I called up out of curiousity. The house is under contract and it is new construction. Estimated taxes are $12K!! Guess I was wrong!!
