I tend to lose weight when I'm stressed out too. Sadly, I've been stress free recently

I think I have the opposite reaction to stress! People start making me crazy and I go on the hunt for Ben& Jerry

It the invite stress, I lost about 3 pounds due to the invite stress.

I so doubt the weight loss thing will happen to me. I just don't have the 'lose weight' reaction to stress. I have the 'gain weight' reaction... so I'm just exercising and not eating as much and hoping that does the trick.
I'm so nervous about my first fitting. I have strange fears the dress will be too tight!

O you are lucky..I have the opposite reaction to stress...I am a stress eater..so when something goes wrong I turn to chocolate, or ice cream..or chocolate and ice cream. So with 6 weeks left I am hoping my stress is over with and I can lose atleast 10 lbs
