Chinese slippers instead of sneakers. I found one website to get them, does anyone else know where to get them. Also, if you are wearing sneakers or some sort of comfortable shoe are you wearing them for the ceremony also?

I wore sneakers for everything. Comfort was of most importance to me.

I'm bringing a pair of platform flip flops that i bought at Target for $10. My shoes have 3 inch heels, so I don't want the dress to drag on the floor the rest of the night if I change into something else.

I wanted to wear a flat or a more comfortable shoe at the reception; but my dress won't let me. (The beading on the bottom hem has to off the floor and if I don't wear at least a 2.5 inch heel.... say goodbye beads.)

I am wearing a low shoe to begin with , which SEEM very comfy. But I know my feet - after standing for HOURS during the ceremony and for pictures, I will be changing into flip-flops at the reception.
For some reason I cannot wear the flip-flops with the thing between my toes, so I found these super-cheap and thought they would look cute and summery:
In white, of course

NO WAY for me. I've seen it in pictures and it looks so tacky. I plan to just wear a nice comfortable shoes all day. My friend who got married before wore some nice silver slippers which she said was very comfortable.

I want to wear the nice shoes all night, but just in case they become excrutiating to me and i cant anymore, i'll pack a pair of isotoners.

I LOVE flip flops, but I don't think i could wear them for my wedding, because of the sound they make when you walk. I like the idea of the ballet slippers.....

just make sure that the sneaker or slipper is the same height as your shoes because otherwise your dress will be dragging on the floor. i might get sneakers with platforms the height of my shoes
