So I sealed up 33 of our 150 invites that are going out Monday, and I realized I didn't include my hotel information in those 33 invites. There is no way I can open the envelopes, what should I do. Should I send the hotel information in a separate envelope?
Yes, you should send it in another envelope. That would be better than seeing that you re-opened an envelope and sealed it again.
you can send those invite to people that are not from OOT
Most locals won't need em.. are the outer envelopes addessed yet?
I would only include seperate to them if they are OOT...if they are local don't mail to them.
