I made my appt for Bridal gown shopping
I am very excited. I am going Feb 22 at 1pm to Asini Bridal in Queens. I fell in love with a dress and I know they carry it. The bridal shop told me they will make sure its out for me and to also bring in a picture from the magazine this way we can make sure its the exact dress.I am so excited. I am going with my mom, one bridesmaid and my maid of honor.
Any tips or sugguestions for dress shopping and trying on dresses???? Also what type of questions should I ask.
I cant wait to go and try on the dress.

Try on Everything! Even dresses you NEVER thought you would like!!! You never know what you might end up with!I tried on my 'dream dress' and I HATED the way it looked. The salon gave me a strapless to try on and I LOVED it! I never thought I'd end up with strapless!
Good luck! Have fun!! I wish I was still dress shopping!

Make sure to ask how much extra it will be for alterations and a bustle and ask them if they cap that price for you. Also, ask about how long it usually takes for the designer to ship the dress and lastly make sure that you put your wedding date down for about 2 weeks prior to yur real date. And Finally, Make sure you take a picture!

I'd say to make sure you try on lots of different styles of dresses to find what style looks best on you. I tried on one that I thought would look awful on me (i.e., like a cow) and it actually was very flattering. Also I would suggest to not try on too many dresses in one day. After a while they all kind of blur together.

thanks. I cant wait. My mom is really excited. My maid of honor said she would bring a few bottles of water and some healthy snacks.
I love this one dress and I'll definatly try on a few. I have heard from many brides you just know when you try on the dress that its 'the dress'
