I mailed them

the invitations are out. I brought them to the Hicksville Post Offiice (thanks Dawn) and while they didn't hand cancel them in front of me they saw the boxes and knew why I was there. They said the invitations would be cancelled tonight and started through the delivery process

Thats it - there's no bcaking out - I am marrying FH, mom and all

OK now whats the best way to track responses?
I was thinking of holding them all till a night I have time to open them and update the list as I get the response...ideas?

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!

What I'm doing is I have all my guests name on an excel sheet. And when I get a response I check yes or no.

I was thinking about this too. I put two boxes, one with a yes, the other no, on my dining room table. i told my mom and dad that as they come in, to save them for me to open...and that will just sort them out before I put the responses in my spreadsheet.

WOO HOOO for you! I have been getting calls like crazy the last two days from people telling me they got them and how beautiful they are...it's been very exciting!

YAY congrats to you!! its going to be so exciting getting the responses back.

I have my guest list on a speadsheet with yes and no boxes and as I get responses, I put the # of people in the corresponding column. Its so easy to track everything on the spreadsheet.

Oh and you are very welcome! Im glad to provide some help for a change

I t feels good, not jumping up and down excited like I should be. My FMIL is on my mind a lot, and to be honest her interfeering is putting a damper on my excitement. A couple of weeks ago I spoke to FH about her and he did but shes back to the way she was agian, I have been dealing with her directly and trying to be both diplomatic and tactful, while still getting my point accross that her behaviour is annoying.
At this point I only tell her stuff on a need to know basis
