I met with Bill from The Crescent Beach Club and things went great. I am getting so excited finally. He threw in a lot of extras which made it even better. I can't wait till September 12! The only bad thing was that I had to make my second payment. I felt like I was putting a down payment on another house.

That's awesome that he threw in lots of extras...with as much as us brides/grooms pay..I think extras should be a must
