i must be crazy

here i am in the middle of planning a wedding
we're putting our dog in boot camp/training for 2 weeks, we're going to vegas and tax season is approaching

and FH and i have been talking about getting a new puppy. and we don't get pocketbook sized dogs we'll probably get another lab mix type dog.

yeah FH just agreed to go to northshore tomorrow - i'm screwed lol but i want it so bad i already have a names picked out

ya see that's the thing we can't bring one home, but i'm sure we wil lol but we really can't b/c we're going to vegas

oh yeah we talked about new cars too lol we're really bad. we also went bedroom and den furniture shopping today

unfortunately i smell a large purchase in our future

I have 2 dogs myself and i know how it can be when u fall in love with them, is there any way you can get someone to watch him/her if you did end up coming home with one tommorow?
As far as big purchases in the future, the next step after the car is an acre of property and then a builder, I'm going to lose my mind!!!

yeah but at least yours doesn't include a heartbeat!!!!! building a house is going to be so much fun, i wish i could switch with you!!

we could always kennel the puppy where we're sending sophie for training - or we could have her trained too, but sometimes they don't have all their shots yet so they can't really be out.

plus that would screw up house breaking. maybe we'll just do it when we get back from vegas.

I thought the shleters give them to u with updated shots but it's been a long time since I have been on the island and my mom is a long time dog breeder so other than rescue dogs we take in here, I dont have much experience with shelters.
Maybe you could bring him/her to the vet before you go to vegas that way you could have them trained together, it would probably be much easier for you in the long run.
No , mine doesn't include a heartbeat, other than the 7 babies my boxer had 3 weeks ago, lmao.
